Tony and the St Ann’s Redevelopment Trust (stART) are working with the city of London and a development forum to regenerate a large site in north London, once home to part of St Ann’s Hospital.

The Hospital has been part of the community for over one-hundred years and is still in operation today. In fact, the sale of the land to be developed has been used to fund a refurbishment for the rest of the site including modernising the wards and buying new equipment for the hospital.

stART is made up of people from the local community, people who want to make a difference to their community and to the lives of those that live there.

They’re creating new homes that will be affordable in a city that is anything but, and giving people who need it a nice place to live, surrounded by a positive community to help them thrive.
