During the current Coronavirus pandemic, the Centre will seek to continue to deliver its programme of work to the best of its ability. This is requiring us to think differently about how we do things. We are urgently looking at developing new programmes of work to help our clients during this period. This will include new resources to help people assist their family, friends and neighbours who are not online. It will also include extra support to social businesses to help them stay afloat.

Social Business Wales and its team of expert advisors are on hand to provide help with enquiries about cash flow, HR, digital platforms, marketing and communications and a range of other areas which might need re-thinking in light of the Coronavirus. Events are moving very fast and we are working as a team to develop specific tools that will be accessible in the coming days and weeks on this page and at http://businesswales.gov.wales/socialbusinesswales
Our digital inclusion advisors working on the Digital Communities Wales: Digital Confidence, Health and Well-being programme can signpost people to resources which will help people to socialise online, shop online and use video calling technology if they need to self-isolate due to Covid-19. We are developing a series of webinars to replace our training sessions and are still able to provide support to clients via telephone or email. Telephone 0300 111 5050 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. More information is available on http://digitalcommunities.gov.wales.
